更容易地实现与外部仪器的通信和同步

如前所述,通过TSP-Link连接的2600A系列数字源表[1],将提供增强的触发和同步能力。利用TSP-Link线缆中的3个硬件同步线路,还很容易将这种同步扩展至其他基于TSP[2]的仪器。

As mentioned previously, Series 2600A instruments connectedvia TSP-Link offer enhanced triggering and synchronizationcapabilities. Such synchronization also easily extends to otherTSP-based instruments using the three hardware synchronizationlines in the TSP-Link cable.

 

2600A系列触发模型还支持SMU与外部非TSP以及非吉时利仪表之间的精密触发。其实现方式有两种: (1)对数字I/O触发,采用低触发延迟;(2) LAN触发:

The Series 2600A trigger model also enables precisetriggering between the SMU and external non-TSP and non-Keithley instruments. This is done by (1) low trigger latency fordigital I/O triggering and (2) LAN triggering:

 

1.  数字I/O触发:从数字输入触发到源或测量变换启动的触发延迟,从2600系列数字源表[3]的150µs缩短至2600A系列数字源表的10µs。这将实现SMU操作与外部仪表的操作的更精密排列。

1. Digital I/O Triggering: Trigger latency from receipt of digital input trigger to start of source or measure change has been reduced from 150μs on the Series 2600 to 10μs on the Series 2600A. This permits more precise alignment of SMU operations with operations on external instruments.

 

2.  LAN触发:2600A系列数字源表属LXI兼容。不过,除了基本的LXI-C规范,2600A系列数字源表还包括LAN软件触发器,可以与具有触发能力的LXI仪表[4]进行握手。

2. LAN triggering: Series 2600A instruments are LXI-C compatible. Beyond basic LXI-C specifications, however, Series 2600A includes software LAN triggers that permit handshaking with LXI instruments with triggering capability.
